About these terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions "we" and "us" mean Wool Products Australia Pty Ltd ABN 88 073 532 760 of 6 Shaw Road Ingleburn NSW 2565 and "you" means the customer.

These terms and conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between you and us for the supply of the products.

 All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

Placing your order

You may place an order by filling in the online order form on the website. Once your order has been placed we will issue you with an order confirmation, this will be done by email.

By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms & Conditions. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer to us to supply and products; however Woolstar will make every effort to supply products to you. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending an order confirmation and tax invoice by email; however we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for vertifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. Wool Products Australia reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or phone.

Payment Methods And Processing

Woolstar currently accepts payment online via VISA or MasterCard or Zip Pay.

Payment processing will begin as soon as you submit your online order.

For credit/debit payments, we will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.


Woolstar purchases include GST.


Woolstar reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at at anytime.


Discount Codes & Promotions

Only one discount code can be used per order, you can not use multiple discount codes.

Delivery Of Your Products

Delivery time takes up to 7 working days (during sale periods this time will increase due to high demand) from the date your payment is received, please see shipping page for detailed location timeframes.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in our supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Unless otherwise agreed by us we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your Order confirmation. Please provide a business address as all orders will be dispatched by Direct Freight Express and requires a signature on delivery.

We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your order confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.

Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns and Refunds - Bedding Products

Please choose carefully when selecting your quilt, toppers and pillows, as there is no exchange on these items once the product has been opened due to health reasons, unless the product is faulty. If the product has been unopened you can return at your own cost. Please contact customer service on  02 9829 6199 to organise this prior to return. A refund will be processed if the product is returned unopened in original packaging less the shipping costs.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please contact customer service on 02 9829 6199 or by email to organise return for review, once product has been checked and found faulty the product will be exchanged at no cost to you. 


Returns and Refunds - Slippers, Uggs and Socks

We know it is difficult to purchase footwear online and selecting the correct sizing, in the event that the footwear does not fit we allow exchanges and refunds for 30days from date of purchase, following the set conditions;

  • All costs associated with the return of the goods are at the responsibility of the customer 
  • The original Shipping costs are not refundable
  • Goods must be returned unworn in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Any products that are returned and do not meet original condition will be returned to the customer

If you would like to return your footwear, please contact customer service on 02 9829 6199 or by email, stating your order number. We will then provide a return authorization with details on where to send your product. Upon receipt and inspection of return we will then process the exchange / refund.

All Woolstar QUILTS, TOPPERS, UNDERBLANKETS & MATTRESS PROTECTORS  come with a five year manufacturers guarantee on workmanship and material defects. A guarantee slip is provided in the product for you to complete and return.

Your data - Use and Protection

By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your order form for the purposes of processing your order. Please refer to our privacy statement.

Credit Card Fraud

Whilst Woolstar employs the latest SSL technology for its transactions with our customers, Woolstar will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.

Fraud Protection or Prevention Procedures

When you place an order by Credit card you may be sent an email from our Fraud Prevention officer requesting further information such as a copy of your credit card and drivers license for identification. After verification this information will be destroyed. These information requests are sent to help protect credit card account holders from online fraud.


You shall not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions whether in whole or in part without the prior consent of Woolstar. Any authorized assignment shall be deemed null and void.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.

Woolstar reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of sale at any time.

Governing Law

These terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
