Currently experiencing slight delays in our usual despatch time due to the volume of orders over the sale period, our team our working hard to get the orders despatched as fast as possible. Please allow an extra 1-2 days to our usual despatch time.
DESPATCH TIME NON SALE PERIOD
We endeavor to despatch within 1-2 Business Days (excluding made to order uggs & slippers). Delivery’s will be by Direct Freight Express as our quilts toppers and pillows are too bulky to send Australia Post, we do not deliver to PO Box for these products. Business address is preferred. Signature usually required on delivery, please ensure your delivery address has someone available to accept delivery, however Direct Freight will leave un attended unless you specify in the special instructions that order is not safe to be left unattended (apartment blocks excluded direct freight will not leave at apartment blocks) . Tracking numbers will be sent upon despatch, please track your item online for delivery date estimate.
Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order. Current international freight delays due to limited flights departing. To check estimate freight transit times please visit Australia post website for more information.
Charges will be based on Country Zone. Your shipping amount will be quoted in checkout based on zones
Zone 1 - New Zealand, Fiji, Hong Kong, Macau
Zone 2 - Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan
Zone 3 - Canada, USA
Zone 4 - Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, United Kingdom
Customs and Duty Charges
Any customs or import duties and fees that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Woolstar has no control over these charges and are unable to determine the cost. Customs policies vary each country, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns and Refunds - Bedding Products
Please choose carefully when selecting your quilt, toppers and pillows, as there is no exchange on these items once the product has been opened due to health reasons, unless the product is faulty. If the product has been unopened you can return at your own cost. Please contact customer service on 02 9829 6199 to organise this prior to return. A refund will be processed if the product is returned unopened in original packaging.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please contact customer service on 02 9829 6199 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise return for review, once product has been checked and found faulty the product will be exchanged at no cost to you.
Returns and Refunds - Slippers, Uggs and Socks
We know it is difficult to purchase footwear online and selecting the correct sizing, in the event that the footwear does not fit we allow exchanges and refunds for 30days from date of purchase, following the set conditions;
- All costs associated with the return of the goods are at the responsibility of the customer
- The original Shipping costs are not refundable
- Goods must be returned unworn in original packaging with all tags attached
- Any products that are returned and do not meet original condition will be returned to the customer
If you would like to return your footwear, please contact customer service on 02 9829 6199 or by email email@example.com, stating your order number. We will then provide a return authorization with details on where to send your product. Upon receipt and inspection of return we will then process the exchange / refund.
