I bought 2 of these and one is perfect but the other has less filling and is very soft. After complaining they kindly offered to replace it but I’m still waiting for the replacement.
This pillow is machine washable. Wool is naturally odour resistant so it does not require regular washing. To retain loftiness fluff & air regularly in natural sunlight.
