New Winter Quilt
Our quilt arrived and I was a bit skeptical, it seemed really thin and on the first night I was cold. Because I was worried we wouldn't be warm enough I contacted Woolstar and cannot fault their customer service. We were in touch with someone right away and I was able to ask questions and was offered a replacement. Because we had the quilt out of the box for a few days before we tried it again it fluffed up and is now very warm. So note to anyone, please give it a day or so to fluff up out of the box and it will be warm. And thank you for the excellent customer service, I am very happy.
