Love this quilt and will eventually look to purchase a 2nd. The quality is immediately evident, the sateen covering is beautiful. It has a lovely winter warmth without feeling to heavy.
Beautifully made, snuggly, warm quilt. Aired it on the washing line, as per instructions, for a few days after unpacking it. So soft and high loft. Delivery to regional Queensland took only two days, which is amazing! Very happy with my purchase.

Our quilt arrived and I was a bit skeptical, it seemed really thin and on the first night I was cold. Because I was worried we wouldn't be warm enough I contacted Woolstar and cannot fault their customer service. We were in touch with someone right away and I was able to ask questions and was offered a replacement. Because we had the quilt out of the box for a few days before we tried it again it fluffed up and is now very warm. So note to anyone, please give it a day or so to fluff up out of the box and it will be warm. And thank you for the excellent customer service, I am very happy.
