Just as wool keeps you dry and warm with thermals in a cold environment, it's magic also works when the temperature rises. Despite the warm start to summer in Sydney, I have been able to sleep comfortably through the night with the wool topper. And despite my room being very warm, I have not been waking up sweaty.
I mainly bought this to help regulate my body temperature as my sleep was consistently being disturbed by varying temperatures through the night and I was always tossing and turning and waking up. The super wool topper made the biggest positive change. I am sleeping so much better, I am no longer waking up hot or cold and it is also a super comfy addition to our bed. This is the best purchase I have bought in a very long time. I would be lost without it now.

Purchased for a relatively inexpensive SB mattress and the wool topper is so soft and comfortable and has taken a quite plain, inner spring mattress to five star. Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing a second Eco-wool topper.
