The Australian Made, is Australia's most trusted and recognised symbol for products that are made in Australia. It is a registered certification trademark and can only be used on products that are registered with the not-for-profit Australian Made Campaign Ltd (AMCL) and which meet the criteria set out in the Australian Consumer Law.
The Oeko Tex Standard 100 with its product label ‘confidence in Textiles’ is most well known and most widespread independent certification world wide for textiles tested for harmful substance. It is an assurance that the product does not contain allergenic or carcinogenic dye, it has been tested for pesticides and chlorinated phenols and are free from formaldehydes
The Woolmark logo is one of the world’s most recognisable textile symbols, and for most people it indicates that a product bearing the mark is made from 100 per cent Pure New Wool. These products meet key performance standards – providing confidence to consumers that a quality product is being bought.
The Farm2Shelf model allows the customer to trace the wool back to the farm that it was sourced from. This gives the customer the ability to trace the entire supply chain of where their product came from. This concept provides the customer a sense of comfort knowing that filling in the products are Australian wool which is well known for its quality.
